Refunds/Exchanges

We will happily refund or exchange any product that is faulty. We request that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods, so we can work out a solution that best suits you. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted before the order is packed, giving you the option to choose a replacement item, receive a refund, or have item placed on back-order.

Payments

Payments can be made using your credit card or bank account via the secure website option.

We accept payment directly into our Bank Account, either via Internet Banking or deposit at any
Commonwealth Branch. Please choose the Direct Deposit option at the checkout.

Please note that your order will not be sent until money has been cleared in our bank account.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Gift Certificates / Discount Vouchers

All Gift Certificates are to be redeemed within 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Postage Rates

For all orders over $75 we offer FREE POSTAGE.

For orders under $75 we charge a flat rate postage fee of $7.50 to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post regular mail.

All D Ring Albums and large storage items ie: Trolley Bags will incur an additional postage fee of $12 per item. Please add the additional postage fee in the "additional postage" section (under Postage in our categories list) to your order.

You may collect your order from us during class time at Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre, Park Street, Riverstone NSW....if you would like to collect your products please choose 'pick up' in the delivery method drop down window to indicate you would like to collect and that way your shipping fee is waived. We will contact you via email or phone when your order is ready.

Rates exclude Express Post - email us for a quote for Express Post.

Registered Post - for registered post please add the additional registered post fee of $3.05 in the 'Registered Post' section (under Postage in our categories list) to your order.

**We highly recommend that customers utilise registered post to protect their order in transit.

We take every care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive your order safely.

Creatively Inspired will not be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during transit.

International Delivery - please contact us for a quote and we will add this to your invoice. Please note the free postage offer is only available for Australian delivery.

Orders are usually processed and posted within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
